Authorization from Program Director's office is required in order for you to take Continuing Education courses for credit towards your degree. All requested courses, with the exception of CMN300, MGT200, and any Liberal Studies course, will be put through an audit process and if the student does not meet the conditions stated below they will not be allowed to enroll in CE courses.

To request authorization, obtain the form titled Permission for Computer Science students to take CE courses from the Departmental office, fill it out and submit it to the Administrative Assistant, Ms. Lucia Flaim.

Authorization is granted only in the following cases
  1. Students who need three courses or less to graduate and are currently holding a job.
  2. Students in Co-op term (to a maximum of two CE courses).
  3. Students on probation who have a contract from the Program Director to take a course which is not offered through the day program.
  4. Students who are not currently taking any day courses and are holding a job due to financial difficulties.
