-Midterm test is on Oct. 25 during the
class time. All the material covered in the class, lecture
notes and assignments upto cache coherency will in the test.
-Final exam
will be on Dec 15 . It has the same format as midterm test covering
all the course material that discussed in the class,
assignments and lecture notes with more focus on the topics
covered after the midterm test. In particular, the questions
related to the material covered in the two lecture notes "Web
Caching" and "Web Performance and Workload
Characteristics" and their related assignments contribute to
around 70% of the weight, and questions related to Internet
Protocols ( HTTP, DNS and TCP) make around 20% of the weight of the
total marks of the exam. The rest of the 10% of the weight of
the total mark is the questions related to serving multimedia
in web, web services and general knowledge of web technology..
