prevailing rates.
Reservations should be made directly with
the Sutton Place Hotel through one of the methods listed above. Room
rates are quoted in Canadian funds, non-commissionable, exclusive of
applicable state and local taxes or applicable, service, or hotel
specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting,
including a destination marketing fee of 3%.
All guest rooms must be guaranteed by a
credit card for late arrival. Credit card imprints will be required
upon check-in for payment of all charges. Please contact the hotel
directly for cancellation or early departure fee
policies.
Complimentary WIFI:
The Sutton Place Hotel will provide all
ICAPS/FOIS/KR/NMR overnight guests and attendees with Complimentary
WIFI. This service is available in all guest rooms, function space and
all public areas. This is valued at $16.50 per person/per
day.
Parking
The Sutton Place Hotel will provide all
ICAPS/FOIS/KR/NMR overnight guests a special discounted self-parking
rate of $15.00 per day. For other attendees, self-parking is $25.00
per day. Valet parking is available at $33.00 per day.
